Return Policy
As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. We hope our selection brings you many years of enjoyment. The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.GrantPacific.com.
Returns
All eligible items in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee will be applied to orders that are returned back to our facility. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount when the credit is processed back to your original form of payment.
All eligible items must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork. Returns must be initiated within the seven-day return period and shipped promptly thereafter; Grant Pacific Imports must receive the returned merchandise at our facility within seven days after a return authorization has been approved. A 15 percent re-inspection/restock fee will be incurred if the merchandise arrives outside the specified return window.
*Please be aware that any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case that would make it ineligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by MAIL. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt date. If you bring your merchandise to our store location, we will allow for exchange or store credit only. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks of receiving your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FINAL SALES Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales of jewelry, watches, and items marked as "Sale" are FINAL. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopgrantpacific@gmail.com and send your item to: 1055 Grant Ave San Francisco US 94133.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
